How can we update our existing database to enable effective telesales?

There is normally no need to alter an existing database to accommodate the eDialler system. The eDialler system is fed by and works on data exported from existing databases.  The data can be reimported with new information added, records cleansed or marked as dead.

How do we cleanse our databases?

Telephone Preference Service (TPS)

BlackBIT offer TPS and Corporate TPS list checking services.

We will cleanse lists of telephone numbers that you submit to us. If you are a customer of ours, we offer list checking at the point at which the telephone number is dialled.

You do not need to be a telephony customer of ours to use our list cleansing service. 

The cost of checking a number against TPS and CTPS is £0.01 each. You can choose either or both lists to check against, but to check both will cost £0.02.

How do we improve the quality of our leads?

By utilising the eDialler system you can reduce the number of false positive leads as well as increase the number of positive leads. This is done by refining the leads scripts from which all operatives work. Refinement comes from cherry picking the more successful aspects of what is said by the most successful operatives. By analysing the sequence in which questions are asked and then modifying the script to accommodate the results, it is possible to filter the non-qualified numbers earlier in the call, thereby enabling the operative to conclude the call that much earlier.
